Acrylic sheets have the characteristics of being beautiful, easy to process, and easy to form. It is important to ensure other accuracies in the processing of acrylic special shapes, especially with higher requirements for other supporting parts. The following points should be noted:

1. Temperature control. Temperature is the key to the production and processing of acrylic, and it is generally better to form between 160 and 180 degrees. Of course, it also needs to be adjusted according to the thickness of the material, which requires a summary of accumulated experience over time;

2. After molding, the film must be removed after cooling, otherwise there will be a temperature when the acrylic is not cooled in the air. After complete cooling, there will be shrinkage that affects the molding size;

3. Generally, the finished product after molding needs to undergo secondary processing, otherwise it is difficult to guarantee the size. Therefore, before making it, we must enlarge the material according to the size.
